North Korea sent more trash balloons over the South Korean border early Monday morning, KBS reports.
According to a statement by South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff, the balloons are likely to drift toward Seoul, given the wind direction.
We remind you that the last "shipment" trash balloons was registered three weeks ago.
Since May 28, the North has released thousands of balloons 31 times, each with garbage bags attached.
North Korea has designated South Korea as a "hostile state". This was reported by its state media on October 17.
This confirms that the national assembly has amended the country's constitution in line with their leader's promise to abandon unification as a national goal.
The North's KCNA news agency reported that road and rail links with South Korea are now completely blocked after large sections of them were blown up on October 15.
South Korea has said its policy is to continue to pursue national unification, but to respond with force if North Korea undertakes any aggression.
