The cheapest crossover Moskvich has risen in price again

The crossover with the model designation 3 has risen in price for the second time this month

It seems that the budget label of the Moskvich 3 is starting to fade faster and faster. The most affordable crossover in the range of the revived brand has registered a second consecutive price increase in just one month. Monitoring of price lists shows that the values have jumped by another 30,000 to 40,000 rubles (324 - 432 euros), which represents an increase of nearly 2% depending on the level of equipment.

If we look at the specific figures for the 2026 model year, the base version Standard Plus Telematics with a manual gearbox is now available for 2.04 million rubles (22,043 euros). The variant equipped with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) has also increased in price by 30,000 rubles and now reaches 2.135 million rubles (23,069 euros). For those looking for the maximum for the model in the form of the Comfort Telematics version, the price is now fixed at 2.28 million rubles (24,636 euros) after a jump of 40,000 rubles.

The dynamics in pricing are, to put it mildly, impressive, considering that the cars of the 2026 model year were presented only a month ago. Even at their market debut, they were about 60,000 rubles (648 euros) more expensive than their predecessors. Interestingly, against this background, the remaining units from 2025 retain their old levels, ranging between 1.95 million and 2.17 million rubles (21,070 - 23,447 euros).

This constant pressure on prices puts Moskvich 3 in a difficult position in the market, where competition from Chinese manufacturers is becoming increasingly aggressive. The question that worries consumers is how long the supposedly popular and supposedly Russian crossover will continue to climb the price ladder before it finally loses its main advantage - affordability.
