The new kindergarten building is for two groups. It has spacious study and sleeping rooms, as well as a gym. During the construction activities, a sports field with artificial grass, a fence and new playgrounds were built for all 10 groups of the 75th Kindergarten "Sarchice".
Mayor Vasil Terziev congratulated the children and the kindergarten team on the new building and thanked the teachers for the care and love they give to the children. And he wished the children to be healthy, to love their parents, friends and teachers, to love the kindergarten and to protect it. "With each building, we are getting closer to the goal of having a place for every child", Terziev also pointed out. According to him, providing care in kindergartens for the youngest is important both for their development and socialization, as well as for young families who have the opportunity to combine professional realization with raising children.
The “Mladost“ district is one of the metropolitan areas in which there is still a shortage of places for children in the first and second kindergarten groups, as well as for the youngest in nursery age.
This year, 9 kindergarten buildings have been put into operation, along with this one. Construction and installation works have been completed in 2 more buildings - nursery 41 in “Lyulin“, DG 30 “Radetzky“ and are about to be put into operation. The construction of 12 more kindergartens continues in different areas of Sofia - „Triaditsa“, „Lozenets“, „Oborishte“, „Vitosha“, „Vrabnitsa“, „Novi Iskar“, „Pancharevo“, „Sredets“ „Iskar“ „Krasna Polyana“ and „Slatina“.
Projects for 15 more buildings are being prepared.
The celebration at the 75th DG „Sarchice“ was attended by the mayor of the „Mladost“ district Ivaylo Kukurin, the Deputy Mayor in the direction of “Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Activities“ Blagorodna Zdravkova, the Director of the “Education“ Directorate of the Sofia Municipality Desislava Zhelyazkova“, municipal councilors and parents.
