A sensational turn in the attitudes of Bulgarian citizens for the upcoming parliamentary and European elections, measured the sociologists of the agency “Estat” a week before June 9, when we will determine who will be our new representatives in the National Assembly and the European Parliament. “An increase in the patriotic vote, the national and conservative movements are voters' favorites,” commented the agency, which reported the biases of 733 adult citizens.
GERB convincingly leads with 16.8% and is the first political force, the PPDB's result is twice as small, collapsing to 8.2%. Before them, and with a difference of one and a half percent, is the one considered to be the “tailgater” BSP, which, however, gathers approval among 9.7 of those who took part in the poll.
The big surprise according to “Estat” is VMRO, which are almost three times ahead of Ivan Geshev's party, “Blue Bulgaria” of Petar Moskov and “We are coming”, collecting 2.2% of the Bulgarian vote for the national parliament, and 3% for the Euro vote. “We are not ruling out “Voevodi” until June 9. to further increase their confidence, given the overall patriotic and conservative trend in society”, observers of political processes predict. In support of their words is the good performance of "Vazrazhdane", which is also powerfully ahead of the right, winning 8.9%.
The result does not look so optimistic for Vanya Grigorova, who is considered the favorite among the debutants for the National Assembly and EP, who does not manage to cross the 4 percent barrier for the national parliament, nor does she come close to the threshold for Brussels. Her party “Solidary Bulgaria” collects only 3.7 percent of the preferences of those who participated in the survey
