The auto technical expertise on the accident involving the famous singer Anelia in August is not yet ready, BNT reported.
The prosecutor's office in Lovech confirmed that the results of the blood sample showed that the father of the severely injured child was not driving under the influence of amphetamine. The accident happened on the Sofia-Varna road.
More than a month after the cruel accident, Nikolay Boyadzhiev's child is already at home.
"My child's spleen was removed. About ten centimeters from the intestine, appendicitis, stitches on the head, on the leg. It was a long time of command breathing. This is a very serious injury and yet the child remains half a person," said the father of the injured child, Nikolay Boyadzhiev.
The prosecutor's office said that medical documentation for the injured child is about to be seized. No charges have yet been filed for the crash.
"Two weeks ago I went to an interrogation. He told me that the blood test was negative, and I don't know when it came out. No case yet. We are waiting for the auto technical expertise to come out. She is triple", the father also told.
The father claims that the car Anelia was riding in suddenly entered the oncoming lane at high speed.
"Apparently something went wrong with him, maybe he lost control of the car," commented Nikolay Boyadzhiev.
Nikolay was unable to avoid the impact and ended up in the ditch. He first helped his wife and small child who were in the car.
"In which I found the older child meters from the car. It wasn't breathing. I sat next to him. He began to move slightly. Then I put it in a better position because I found it in the bushes. On the other side, they stood absolutely unsympathetic without making a single adequate move to come out and ask. At the very least, is there anyone injured", Nikolay also told.
