Slavi Vasilev: We will go to elections again, there will not be a sustainable cabinet

PP was confident that it should dictate and the others should comply, said Rumyana Kolarova

"Obvious is the fact that we will go to another early parliamentary election. There will be no sustainable government. This political system cannot function in Bulgaria. What it produces is either petty bargaining or scandals - wasted time in which the state is mobbed. The sinking of our country is definite. We will go to the eighth election".

This is what the political analyst Slavi Vassilev commented in the show "The Day ON AIR".

According to the political scientist prof. Rumiana Kolarova has a set of rational solutions.

"When we say that there is a crisis of parliamentarism, it does not mean that we are going to another model of government. Bulgaria cannot effectively form coalition governments. Bulgarian politicians must learn how this happens", urged Prof. Kolarova to Bulgaria ON AIR.

Both are of the opinion that official offices intensify the crisis of parliamentarism in the country.

"The reason they cannot understand each other is related to the inadequate idea of the Bulgarian politicians, especially ``We are continuing the change,'' which was self-confident that it should dictate and the others comply," added Prof. Kolarova.

According to Vassilev, "political impotence" of the Bulgarian party leaders to the extent that they will cause laughter, because according to him everyone knows that a prime minister who is equidistant will be commanded by the powerful of the day. The political analyst said that these are the leader of GERB Boyko Borisov, the leader of "DPS - New Beginning" Delyan Peevski, and "some side dish".

"GERB and Borisov's coalition with Peevski will not do. This does not mean that Peevski's DPS will not be a supporting party. One does not exclude the other. And BSP can be a supporting party without being a coalition partner. The easiest option in this situation is a minority cabinet. This cabinet, in order to exist, must comply with the dictates of all on whom this majority depends. There are many different formats through which it can be achieved," predicts Prof. Kolarova.

Vassilev does not think that a minority cabinet with floating majorities will produce a working government.

"They can't figure out how to divide the pie. Corruption will be very visible. In all of Europe, there is no stealing like in Bulgaria," he emphasized.
