BOETS brings clarity to the "Sudzhukgate" saga that has lasted for years and has many twists and turns, by touching on the name of the candidate for European Prosecutor Mihaela Raidovska. This was announced by the leader of the civil association Georgi Georgiev. Here is what he said:
ON 21.07.2017, Prosecutor General Sotir Tsatsarov announced at an extraordinary briefing: “Not even a single sudzhuk has reached Prime Minister Boyko Borisov…“. We are talking about the #SudzhukGate scandal – At the signal of businessman Anton Prodanov, the prosecutor's office initiated pre-trial proceedings for the fact that, according to the main witness, the GERB MP Zhivko Martinov blackmailed him into handing over 4 tons of sausage and 60 kilograms of beef pastrami and fillet "Elena", telling him that they were intended for Boyko Borisov. This case has turned into a difficult saga over the years with incredible twists and turns of the investigation. Now BOEC is shedding some light on these events with the main actor, prosecutor Mihaela Raydovska – at that time Deputy City Prosecutor of Sofia (headed by Emilia Rusinova), and to date is one of the three candidates for future Bulgarian European Prosecutor to replace Teodora Georgieva.
The BOEC investigation reveals the scheme by which the “Eight Dwarfs“ model operates, led by Petyo Euroto.
Six days after Tsatsarov's statement, the prosecutor from the SGP Doycho Tarev initiated pre-trial proceedings on #SudzhukGate with a decree No. 10019/2017, with a proposal to lift the immunity of MP Zhivko Martinov. With additional decrees, a number of persons were brought as defendants, including Zhivko Martinov and Petar Maldzhiev – remember that name! From the statements taken from the witnesses, information was obtained about other crimes – for a large-scale scheme for the theft of electricity by manipulating electricity meters.
According to information from BOEC sources in the Supreme Court, in February 2018, prosecutor Emil Petrov - brother of Petyo Evroto and close to Emilia Rusinova, obtained compromising material for Mihaela Raydovska - photos of personal communication. The same person prepared a denunciation to his brother Evroto and handed him the incriminating materials. BOEC has these materials. According to the BOEC source, then Evroto contacted one of the defendants in #SudzhukGate and asked him for 150,000 euros to "fix things", and now, in addition to racketeering and extortion, data on the theft of electricity is also being collected. And this is not some everyday story, but, according to our information, we are talking about the manipulation of over 300 electricity meters with damage of over 10 million leva! The bribe requested by Euro is paid. Euro then assigns Rusinova the task to carry out and she leads Raidovska to the Eight Dwarfs. Raidovska is presented with the order with a promise of career development and that the compromising material against her will not be made public.
What happens next?
With her decree of 11.04.2018, Mihaela Raidovska abruptly enters the #SudzhukGate case. In her capacity as deputy city prosecutor, she orders that the materials on the theft of electricity be separated into another file. Thus, by breaking up the case, it is easier to “fix things” - in parts. At this point, the only thing that Raidovska can and must do by law is to send the separated materials to the Dobrich Regional Police Department, because the crime was committed on its territory and this is the only competent prosecutor's office that can investigate it. Violating the law, Raidovska leaves the file in the SGP and directs it for distribution. The procedure under the mechanism for random selection of a supervising prosecutor was carried out on 11.04.2018. BOEC has the protocol. It is evident that the choice was not random, but the so-called “determined” choice was applied and the file was assigned to a prosecutor… Mihaela Raidovska! A new pre-trial proceeding was initiated with No. 08883/2018. of the SGP. A few days later – on 20.04.2018. During this pre-trial investigation, the SGP received a new report of theft of electricity from the same group, with new data that incriminates the person Lyutskan Maldzhiev as the organizer. He is the son of Petar Maldzhiev – one of the defendants in the main case about the sudzhuks! We also have this report.
WHO is Lyutskan Maldzhiev – he is one of the “heroes” of one of the most important investigations by BOETS in recent months - #DPSnarkotsGATE! Lyutskan Mladzhiev is the municipal leader of DPS Novo nachalo in Dobrich and is involved in our investigation into the DPS Novo nachalo delegate in Dobrich who was caught with 87 packages of narcotics.
And here is the denouement – with its decree of 14.05.2018. – exactly 4 weeks after taking over the case, Mihaela Raydovska TERMINATED the pre-trial proceedings, and, in gross violation of the law, archived the file without notifying the injured parties, so that the decree would not be appealed. We also have the decree itself for termination.
Petyo Evroto's order has been fulfilled - a crime against justice has been committed with the aim of thwarting the criminal prosecution of specific individuals close to Peevski! Peevski and MRF's people have been laundered.
This investigation by BOEC began at the end of 2024 from a single sheet of paper found among the documents in Petyo Evroto's archive - his brother's denunciation of Raidovska. It took us almost two years to put the whole puzzle together, to receive all the documents and to chronologically arrange the events and the entire scheme of the "Eight Dwarfs" model! It all started from a sheet of paper. And there are thousands of sheets in the archive. Almost two years ago, BOEC, BIRD.BG and Bivol announced the contents of the archive. Now do you understand why all of Peevski's institutions were running away like devils from incense and refused to accept this archive? Yesterday - 16.03.2026. the archive was accepted by Minister Yankulov at the Ministry of Justice.
Now Mihaela Raydovska is one of the three candidates approved by the Peevski-Borisov government in early 2026. for a new Bulgarian European Prosecutor. After the scandal with our previous European Prosecutor Teodora Georgieva Sarafov, Peevski and Borisov are planning to install their next dwarf in Luxembourg. BOETS will immediately notify the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers and the European Prosecutor's Office and provide them with our entire investigation, documents and evidence.
Peevski, Borisov and Sarafov are trying to achieve their Grand Slam by choosing and appointing loyal dwarfs to the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office, the Appellate Prosecutor's Office and the European Prosecutor's Office. This way they guarantee impunity and control over all processes that pose a threat to them. They succeeded with the first two positions, but they will not succeed with the last one.
Currently, a new investigation is underway, which concerns the procedure for selecting a European prosecutor, and we will announce the results on Thursday.
