Ludogorets has submitted a request to UEFA to change the location of the "1st class" seats at the "Huvepharma Arena" stadium, Topsport reported.

They are currently located in block 2 of sector "B", but recent events have clearly shown the need for reorganization.

During the match with PAOK on Thursday, nearly 200 away supporters were accommodated in these seats. A significant part of them were ultras who received tickets through the visiting club. This led to an escalation of tension and conflict situations with Ludogorets fans. The club's stewards were put under serious pressure, and on several occasions had to prevent conflicts in the area.

Such problems are not the first time they have arisen. Last season, in a match in the main phase of the Europa League against Slavia Prague, extreme supporters of the Czech team with "1st class" tickets were forcibly moved to the "Away" sector to avoid incidents.

The practice of seating fans with "1st class" tickets in the "B" sector is new. Until a few years ago, these seats were in the central stand, which significantly facilitated the process of ensuring safety.

Similar situations have been observed in other European stadiums. A particularly telling example is last year's Europa League match between Anderlecht and Fenerbahçe, in which ultras from the Turkish club, stationed in the central sector in Brussels, caused serious disturbances and the intervention of law enforcement agencies.

So far, UEFA has not responded to the persistent requests from other clubs in Europe to change this practice.
