NATO, EU and Zelensky thanked the US

They welcomed the House of Representatives' approval of a major new aid package for Ukraine

"I welcome the overwhelming positive vote by the House of Representatives. Ukraine deserves all the support it can get against Russia. We now urge the US Senate to vote on it as quickly as possible, as lives are at stake. The transatlantic partners are united in support of freedom and democracy, wrote in X. the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, reported BNR.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg wrote on the same platform: "I welcome the House of Representatives' approval of a major new aid package for Ukraine. Ukraine is using weapons provided by NATO allies to destroy the Russians. This gives us all more security - in Europe and in North America".

"I welcome the vote in the House of Representatives that approved the much-needed and crucial $60 billion in aid to Ukraine," wrote on "Twitter" the President of the European Council, Charles Michel. "This sends a clear signal to the Kremlin - those who believe in freedom and the UN Charter will continue to support Ukraine and its people," Michel also says.

"I am grateful to the House (of representatives), to both parties and personally to Speaker Mike Johnson for the decision that preserves the correct course of history,”, Zelensky wrote on the social platform "X".
