Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has arrived in Russia on an official visit, where he will hold talks and participate in events marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The report on the arrival of Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores was broadcast by the Venezolana de Television channel.
After the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Maduro, the signing of an agreement on strategic partnership and cooperation between the two countries is planned. There will also be negotiations between delegations in narrow and expanded format.
