Roman Lavrynovych has been charged with three counts of arson with intent to endanger life. He was arrested in the Sydnam district of southeast London in the early hours of Tuesday and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court today.

The charges relate to three incidents - a fire in a vehicle in Kentish Town, North London, a fire at the Prime Minister's private home on the same street and a fire at an address in North West London where Starmer previously lived in the 1990s. The investigation is being led by the Metropolitan Police's Counter-Terrorism Division, as the incidents are linked to a well-known figure.
