Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a stark warning to the Lebanese Shiite group „Hezbollah“, saying that Israel's patience with „terrorists who threaten it“ has run out and that it is time for the organization to be more cautious, Reuters reports.
The comment came a day after „Hezbollah“s deputy leader, Naim Qassem, said the group reserved the right to act at its discretion in response to „brutal Israeli-American aggression“ against Iran.
So far „Hezbollah“ has not explicitly committed to directly engaging in military action between Israel and Iran. Last week, an official from the organization told Reuters that the group had no intention of launching attacks against Israel.
