The three direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Mukhamadsobir Faizov and Saidokram Rachabalizoda, were under the influence of drugs when they shot at people, it is clear from documents from the investigation.
„As follows from the testimony, the defendants insist that shortly before the attack on Crocus they were given some kind of liquid with a narcotic substance, after which they communicated with the "soldiers of Allah", the materials say.
„According to the results of the forensic medical examinations, the narcotic substance mephedrone was found in the blood of Saidokram Rachabalizoda, Dalerjon Mirzoev and Mukhamadsobir Faizov.“

The terrorist attack on the "Crocus" building was carried out on March 22, 2024. According to the Investigative Committee, 149 people were killed, one person is missing, and 609 people were injured or traumatized to varying degrees.
The total damage from the attack amounted to about 6 billion rubles. After the terrorist act, four perpetrators tried to flee to Ukraine, but were detained in the Bryansk region and taken to Moscow. There are 19 defendants in the case, both the direct perpetrators of the terrorist act and their accomplices. The criminal case against them has been sent for consideration to a military court. The investigation against two organizers and four members of the terrorist organization continues.
