The driver of the car that plowed into a crowd in Los Angeles, California, injuring at least 30 people, has been arrested, city police said, as quoted by Agence France-Presse and BTA.
The man was taken to hospital and underwent surgery after being shot in the chaos after the car plowed into a crowd of people gathered outside a nightclub. The suspect was then taken into custody by the city police, officials told the American television station CBS.
The man is in stable condition and could be charged with attempted murder, police said.
