The startup Praktika, which deals with online training using artificial intelligence, took first place in the ranking of promising startups with Russian founders, published by Forbes.
The startup was founded by Adam Turaev, Anton Marin, Ilya Chernyakov in 2022 in Latin America. Since its inception in 2022, the project has attracted 38 million USD in investments, of which 35.5 million USD in a round in May 2024.
According to the ranking, the cloud technology startup emma, founded by Dmitry Panenkov in Luxembourg, is in second place on the list. The American startup Archetype AI, which was founded by former employees of the Google ATAP laboratory, led by Ivan Pupyrev, closes the top three. The investments raised in the startup amount to $13 million, which works at the intersection of IT and the physical world, collecting and analyzing data from various sensors: radars, cameras.
The top five in the ranking also includes a startup developing software for analyzing DNA and RNA data, MiLaboratories, founded by Alexey Nechaev, Dmitry Bolotin, Stanislav Poslavsky and Dmitry Chudakov, and a startup for generative artificial intelligence, Recraft, founded by Anna Veronika Dorogush.
