I cannot yet determine whether the proposed cabinet is a balanced composition of the government. We can certainly see figures that are already known and new figures. Dimitar Glavchev was able to propose a composition of the government based on the practice of his contacts and experience, which he acquired from his presence in political life.

On the occasion of the composition of the official cabinet, Nusheva emphasized the following:
"The proposal for a minister of justice is problematic, especially in the context of all the scandals related to the management of the prosecutor's office both during the mandate of the previous attorney general and within the period in which the acting attorney general together with his deputies managed . We see that there are extremely serious criticisms of practically all the figures who have run the prosecutor's office in the last few years. So this choice raises more questions than it allows for an adequate answer.
"It was not necessary for Dimitar Glavchev to act in a similar way, but perhaps the bank is short of potential candidates who would commit to such a position in just two or three months. The figure of the Minister of Justice is not very important in this period, so I think that there will not be particularly serious consequences. It will be interesting to see how this minister will proceed when introducing the Law on the Judiciary, already drafted by the previous team, with changes in the judiciary," Vanya Nusheva pointed out.
According to her, it is obvious that GERB and DPS want Kalin Stoyanov to remain Minister of Internal Affairs. And the PP-DB is concerned that the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in uncovering crimes against the political rights of citizens, related to buying votes, with pressure on voters, will not be effective enough. By the way, this can also be a negative for GERB in the framework of the election campaign, because in fact it gives grounds to the political opponent to criticize every action of the minister, to criticize him and treat him as a liability for the political party itself, for GERB.< /p>
We really saw an extremely serious scale of vote-buying and vote-controlled practices during the past local elections. We cannot claim that the role of the interior minister is the only one that has an influence on this scale of buying votes, the controlled vote, the pressure on voters, but still, in the eyes of the representatives of these parties, this is clearly problematic figure. It remains to be seen how things will develop, but it certainly puts the focus of attention, the spotlight on the actions of this minister.
Regarding Georgi Gvozdeikov and his decision to remain a minister, Vanya Nusheva emphasized: "I regard this as a responsible statesmanship position, because as we understand, important procedures related to the renovation of trains in the Bulgarian railways are currently underway and obviously his decision is to complete started, not to leave the final stages of this process to a person who does not know whether he will put enough energy into completing the process. I positively appreciate this reaction of the minister. Otherwise, the reaction of the political party in this case is also understandable.
