Delyan Peevski will be the speaker of the new cabinet. After these elections, Boyko Borisov is in the worst situation. The big losers in this election are also those who opposed the “Who” model in 2020. with the hope and expectations that Bulgaria can finally start with reforms for a legal and European state. And everyone who supported this protest wave, about 70% of the citizens, we are all losers and today we see the return of this model “Who” and we expect them to form a government and go deep into mastering all the structures of the state, not only the judiciary.
The political analyst, former member of the DPS and one of the founders of the party, Osman Oktay, made such a comment on the air of Darik Radio.

Boyko Borisov is in the worst situation,
the former politician is categorical. In his words, the leader of GERB has been present in our public space for 20 years as “the mediator of this behind the scenes, about which we are talking about the destruction of these democratic structures”. According to Oktay, the governance model imposed by GERB is perceived by many people, or it discourages many people from voting.
“When Borisov pretended to be a democrat, formations such as the “Reform Bloc” fell into his trap. Hristo Ivanov then became the Minister of Justice, Radan Kanev, now an MEP, went to the DPS room to change the Constitution. And finally they paid a high political price and disappeared from the political space. In the same way, Boyko Borisov destroyed many political formations, I will not characterize - patriotic unity, Ataka, ABV and many other formations with which he “embraced”.
Now we find the opposite situation, regardless of the fact that he won, despite the outflow of nearly 140,000 votes and from him, he is currently completely falling into his own trap, what he was doing, and falling into the trap of Delyan Peevski, Osman analyzes Oktai.
How far have we come, asked rhetorically the former deputy chairman of DPS, recalling the many thousands of protests against the appointment of Peevski as head of DANS from the time of the “Oresharski” cabinet.
“Do we think he is not coming back with a vengeance? And it starts with the “Boyko Borisov era”, from morning to night advertising of the “Peevski era”.
All politicians are guilty of this legitimation, Oktai is categorical. He gave as an example a conversation he had with Kiril Petkov, Asen Vassilev, Andrey Gyurov and Lena Borislavova at the entry of “We continue the change” in politics.
“I tried to tell them what kind of cuisine we are talking about now and what they should be most careful of. And, when I told them that they are fighting for the political space with "Democratic Bulgaria", with whom they played separately in the previous elections, and now they are uniting - but you are fighting for the same voters, I told them: be careful not to fall into situation as if two bachelors like the same girl and soon they will fight in the street. More or less you will find yourself in such a situation. Yes, partnerships are an important thing, coalitions are an important thing, but politics and power is a scary thing. And even more, you have a very cruel future partner in the person of GERB and Boyko Borisov, who destroys everything in his path. This was my first conversation with them”.
Oktai said he warned the PP to watch their coalition partners' backs. He reproached them for the opportunity provided, precisely in the hands of Hristo Ivanov, to carry out judicial reform, after he had already failed once in this endeavor.
“Yes, Hristo Ivanov knows the matter of “judicial reform”, but don't allow a person who failed with his emotion, aggression, etc., to fail you a second time”, quotes his advice to the leaders of “We continue the change” Osman Oktay. He also talked about the warnings he sent to the Change in the address of Atanas Atanasov, about whom he shared the opinion that he does not have a clear vision and a modern solution for the reform of the security services.
According to Osman Oktai “We continue the change” they should immediately change their entire PR apparatus. According to him, the message of appearing from the forest as the first statement after losing the elections did not become clear to anyone.
“They may have a good explanation, here is the Princess of England Kate making a statement from the forest and it is received positively because - the cleanliness of the forest… But come out and explain it - let's start clean. And not to use the line “rematch”... It is all a matter of media presence, especially in an aggressive media environment. From morning till night they make you the biggest incompetent black devil. You have to find the space, whether it will be social networks or in some other way, and not be conceited.
Osman Oktai made a recommendation to the PP to wait,
have patience, because in the current case of forming a government, Borissov will be destroyed, “as he destroyed his political partners over the years”.
Oktai's prediction is that there will be a government and in the public space Delyan Peevski has already announced himself as the spokesperson of the future government.
“Not only that, he appears as a spokesperson for the rearrangement of the state and state administration, therefore he attacks the president as well, as academician Denkov attacked. He is the spokesman of our country and the savior of the country. Boyko fell into this trap”, the former politician also stated.
In his words, the character of the future government will be “the revenge of the Koi model”.
“The Supreme Court, the prosecutor's office, the system of services, all this will be rearranged, only under the eyes of the people who are behind Delyan Peevski, who are already launching the image of Boyko Borisov, that of Peevski. It doesn't matter at all who will be prime minister - whether Zhelyazkov or someone prominent from GERB. The agenda of this administration will be set with all the dependencies that Boyko Borisov himself is very afraid of. A person who is approved by Peevski will be appointed as Prime Minister, I am convinced of that”, Osman Oktai also said.
