In a democracy, a regular cabinet can happen around the winning party. That's where the main legitimacy lies. Not a few tasks are facing the state, such as the Schengen and Eurozone membership, the money under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan. There are many problems, we know them. It struck me yesterday that there was no debate about this, but there were complaints about past things, Mitov said.
After the previous elections, we realized that whatever we talked about during the election campaign, the most important thing is the fate of Bulgaria. That's why we supported a cabinet that was entirely made up of representatives of "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria", with the exception of Maria Gabriel. However, what happened yesterday gives me reason to think that "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" have become opposition to Bulgaria's European agenda. From the very beginning, they declared themselves in opposition without knowing our program. Such a conversation could have been conducted by us, but they refused, they said – we are angry, we go into opposition. Second, they entered into a collaboration with "Revival" in two votes in parliament yesterday. Kostadin Kostadinov commanded them. Today, an offer came from Mr. Kostadinov for a third-term government with the support of "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria", indicated the deputy chairman of GERB.

It is now clear who is preventing the formation of pro-European and Euro-Atlantic governments in Bulgaria – these are "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria". In response to a question whether GERB is traumatized by the series of failures to form a government after winning parliamentary elections, he stated: "We are not traumatized people. We are fighters and we will continue to be. The battle for European Bulgaria will continue".
