Jeyhan Ibryamov: There is no rift in the DPS. There is tension between Dogan and Peevski, but it will disappear soon - 1

There is tension between Dogan and Peevski. There is no rift and division in the DPS, the party functions well, the structures are in good condition. Peevski's resignation was not commented on at the meeting in Rosenets, said in "The day begins" according to BNT Jeyhan Ibryamov, excluded from the DPS parliamentary group. He noted that Dogan's statement will be in the coming days.

The meeting in Rosenets

According to him, nothing unusual happened at the meeting with Ahmed Dogan in Rosenets.
"We had a serious conversation, a debate, about the governance models that currently function in the party. Everything that has accumulated over the last year - a year and a half, was presented to our honorary chairman," added Ibryamov.

He clarified that whether a chairman can be sanctioned if he does not comply with the party statute will be clarified as soon as possible.

"The problem dates back a year - in general, the functioning of the parliamentary group", commented Jeyhan Ibryamov.
The vote for the "Zhelyazkov"

cabinet

According to him, every reaction has its climax, which in this case has escalated in the refusal to support the project cabinet "Zhelyazkov" and that is why it has reached this stage.
"There was no discussion as to why the "Zhelyazkov" cabinet should be supported. A large part of those 30 who supported him wanted to vote against it, but I don't know why they didn't do it," commented Jeyhan Ibryamov.

He emphasized that all structures are in support of Dogan.

"He is our only leader, everything else is manipulation. With the election of two chairmen of the party, a balance of policies was sought," Jeyhan Ibryamov also said.

The second term

It was laconic whether a scenario was possible for Jevdet Chakarov to take the mandate, not to return it and present a draft government to Rosen Zhelyazkov.
"The problem is whether the second mandate should be returned immediately or whether it should be taken and talked with the political parties - to see what the steps are to get out of the crisis. Who will take the mandate depends on the collective body of the party - it will meet and make a decision. It's not about one or the other chairman, it doesn't matter at all," said Jeyhan Ibryamov and expressed his conviction that there can be a government with a second mandate.

The tension in the DPS along the Dogan - Peevski axis

"I have no information whether Peevski will go to Dogan, by statute Dogan has the last word," commented Jeyhan Ibryamov.
He did not deny that the fact that the others who voted against were not excluded may be related to the seat of the parliamentary group.
"In the shortest time, the tension will be quelled and will disappear, it is entirely in Dogan's hands, he receives information from all structures in order to take the final message and decision with which he will come out," Ibryamov emphasized.

He confirmed that those who were at the meeting in Rosenets were asked whether they were with Peevski or with Dogan.

He described the claims about Dogan's security as lies and speculation.

"I did not get the impression that there is pressure on the current Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev regarding the change of regional governors,", Jeyhan Ibryamov also said.
