Journalist Ilhan Anday stated on the air of Nova TV that the meeting, which according to unofficial information should take place today between the honorary chairman of DPS Dr. Ahmed Dogan and the chairman of the Movement Delyan Peevski, it will most likely not happen.
“This meeting that was planned between the two leaders, and only after that the meeting with these 17 MPs was scheduled, will probably not take place. Because the noise that was announced by people like Ramadan Atalai” did not happen, he pointed out.
„What is happening in the DPS in recent days is not the agenda of the electorate, of those nearly 400 thousand who voted on June 9 for the party. These people wanted Bulgaria to have a regular government at the beginning of July. Instead of destroying the wall between the party elite and the voters, in the DPS in recent days it seems that they are building this wall with a new row of bricks”, explained the journalist.
„On Saturday, the speakers, on behalf of Ahmed Dogan, gave a request that these 17 people's representatives now want a government. In other words, the honorary chairman gives back and aligns with the voter's agenda. We can conclude that both Dr. Ahmed Dogan and Delyan Peevski are satisfied”, noted Hendaye.
According to the journalist the highlights of the meeting in Rosenets are two – The 17 MPs should be invited to tea to explain to them that Bulgaria must now have a regular government. And the second – Dogan's desire to emphasize his importance on many important topics.
