More in the night in the western regions, and during the day also in Central Bulgaria, there will be precipitation, in many places significant, with a warning of the second degree, code orange, in the regions of Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik and Smolyan, BNT reported.
There will also be thunderstorm activity. It will also be windy. The maximum temperatures will be in a wide range - from about 20° in the western regions, where colder air will penetrate with a moderate north-westerly wind, to about 30° in Eastern Bulgaria, where the wind will remain from the southeast.
In the mountains it will be very windy, with a temporarily strong southwesterly wind and in many areas, with the exception of the massifs of Eastern Bulgaria, there will be torrential rain and thunderstorms.
With precipitation, in places accompanied by thunder and significant in quantity, it will also be in most of the Balkans, with the exception still of the eastern and southern regions of the peninsula. The reason - a cold atmospheric front that will also pass through our country.
On the night of Wednesday, there will also be significant precipitation in Central Bulgaria, and on Wednesday it will rain in almost the entire country, in many places - intensively and with local significant amounts, with greater probability in Central Bulgaria and the Rhodope region. It is expected that the rains will stop on the night of Thursday, only in the morning, at the latest, in North-Eastern Bulgaria.
