After the storm that passed through Varna, many people expressed their concern about the state at the sea on the beaches in the area. A video has gone viral on social media, causing a strong reaction among the public, showing a shocking sight from the water - corpses of rats thrown out of the sea.
Users questioned whether it was safe for people to bathe in the sea in such conditions, especially in view of the visible pollution. Some of them recommended an immediate report to the Regional Environment and Water Inspection (RIOSV) in order to check and take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of beachgoers, reported Bulgaria ON AIR.
Meanwhile, there were also commentators who felt that the situation was normal and expected given the heavy storm that recently passed through the region. They suggested that the sighting could be the result of the natural phenomenon and there should be no panic.
