Just yesterday, worried citizens told bTV that because of the repair works, it has become extremely difficult for them to pass through the small clearing left on the street. In places even impossible.

"Ambulance of "Oplchenska" 38. People go out at night to move the repair fences themselves, with which they are locked, to provide access for medical teams.
They are almost undetectable from the construction company. Imagine the absurdity of calling the head of the facility to come and unlock it for you!? Mud, sheet metal, Emergency and a person in serious condition.
And everything in the dark - not one lamp provided by the Metropolitan Municipality or the builder.
