The municipality of Pernik will reduce the fees for online services. This became clear after a public discussion on the topic held today.
According to the proposal, the prices of electronic administrative services will be reduced by ten percent, and they will not exceed BGN 20.
This was specified by BTA.
During the public discussion, the director of the International Youth Center (IMC), Radostina Radanova, submitted a proposal, with which the amendment of Ordinance No. 2 regarding the determination of prices for hiring and accommodation of external users of the center was submitted for discussion.< /p>
Thus, to provide overnight stays, accommodation in a double room will cost BGN 80, and a single room will cost BGN 50. There are also fixed fees for renting sound equipment, amounting to BGN 60 (for 60 minutes). MMC also offers the use of additional services and devices, including a tent, catering table, exhibition stands, laptop, multimedia, screen, training room (up to 35 seats), etc.
It is clear from the proposal that the prices and fees for accommodation and hiring for organizations working with young people and implementing activities under projects and programs of the ministries of education and science, and of youth and sports, as well as of the European Commission, are decrease by 50 percent. When carrying out activities organized by MMC - Pernik and the youth centers in the country, the prices and fees for accommodation and rental will not be paid. The fees will not apply to social and educational institutions when celebrating a patron saint's day or anniversaries.
Whether the two proposals will be accepted depends on the Municipal Council - Pernik, the local administration specified.
