After the on-site inspection by experts of the Regional Environment and Water Inspection – Sofia (RIOSV – Sofia), the Basin Directorate of the Western White Sea Region (BDZBR) and the Environmental Executive Agency (EAES) and the field measurements made, it is clear that the parameters (Ph, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity and temperature) do not deviate from the norms for “moderate“ state of the water body, according to Ordinance No. 4 on the characterization of surface waters.
The waters of the river are visibly clear, colorless and odorless. In places, yellow-brown sediments are observed on the vegetation on the coast.
Water samples were also taken for physico-chemical analysis, the results of which will be sent by IAES to BDZBR for a final assessment of the water body.
