Moderate, temporarily strong winds will blow, but will also begin to weaken in the evening. Maximum temperatures will be from 11 in the northeastern areas to 19° in Western Bulgaria and the Upper Thracian lowland.
It will be windy and rainy in the mountains as well, with over 1,900 meters of snow. The quantities will be more significant in the Central Balkan region, Sredna Gora, Sakar and Strandzha. By Tuesday morning and in the east, the rain will stop and daytime temperatures will begin to rise.
Sunny weather will prevail on Wednesday. In the morning in the valleys and on the high fields there will be temperatures, but slightly above zero and there may be frosts. On Thursday, the day will also start with sunshine, but by the evening in the extreme north-western regions it is possible to overcast.
