This is what he said in the show “Face to face“ the deputy from “There is such a people” (ITN) Stanislav Balabanov on the occasion that deputies from "Vazrazhdane" and ITN occupied the parliamentary rostrum and thus blocked the adoption of changes in the Recovery Plan in the part “Energy” on the last working day of the 50th National Assembly.
„We practically saved the jobs of tens of thousands of Bulgarians”, said Balabanov.
„The idea was to absorb some billions on the last day of a parliament that was stillborn. Many people say – the miners were used pre-election because this money would be for them. No, this money would have been for the companies under the Recovery Plan, written incorrectly by Asen Vasilev, to absorb it, to close the leaks, and to build photovoltaic plants on their land. Thus, 30,000 Bulgarian citizens from Stara Zagora and the region would be out of work”, explained Stanislav Balabanov.
