There is no real danger for Bulgaria at the moment. But based on the escalation in the Middle East, knowing the means that such terrorist groups use, it is possible to obtain terrorist acts in a number of European countries. And for this reason, I am grateful that our services and the people who bear this responsibility express absolute readiness and have an action plan to prevent something that happened in Burgas more than 10 years ago from happening," he stressed.< /p>
When asked if the political chaos in recent months does not divert attention from the important topics that could make us a better country, he emphasized that "the problems are not only in terms of security". "We gave clear enough alternatives to the other political parties and players in the 50th Parliament. There would already be a government if they had accepted and supported our program of governance as a third term winner. Because the problems are not only regarding the security of the state. The problems are quite serious both economically, financially and socially," he pointed out.
