Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Innovation and Growth Tomislav Donchev will coordinate the work of the ministers of energy, tourism, agriculture and food, and education and science. The deputy prime minister will carry out the government's interaction with the State Commission for Commodity Exchanges and Markets, the National Agency for Assessment and Accreditation, and the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training. Donchev will also be responsible for the overall organization, coordination and control of the system for managing funds from European funds under shared management.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov will coordinate the work of the ministers of economy and industry, health and culture. The portfolio of the Deputy Prime Minister includes the Patent Office, the State Agency for Road Safety and the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision.
Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Zafirov will coordinate the work of the ministers of labor and social policy, regional development and public works, environment and water, youth and sports. The Deputy Prime Minister will carry out the government's interaction with the State Agency "Archives", the State Agency for Refugees, the State Agency for Child Protection and the Nuclear Regulatory Agency.
Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov will personally monitor the activities of the Ministers of Finance, Defense, Interior, Foreign Affairs, Justice, E-Government, as well as the state agencies "Intelligence", "National Security" and "Technical Operations", the State Agency "State Reserve and Wartime Stocks", the Agency for Public Enterprises and Control and the State Commission for Information Security.
