< strong>An analysis of the video surveillance made by BNT teams shows more puzzling actions of members of the sectional election commissions. In one of the sections in Garmen there is a discrepancy between the record and what is noted in the protocol, which affects several parties. As for one of them, 100 votes more than those announced in the video were recorded - the official document uploaded to the CEC website shows. In one of the sections in Ruse, it is understood from the recording that ballots were thrown out of the machines, which is absolutely prohibited.
In one of the sections in Garmen, a person called Krasi was present during the counting. No such name is entered in the official record as an observer.
-261 we have listed them.
- How much is your quota? Over 300?
- I want over 300! To pass 300!
- Look Krasi needs 300.
- I will not 250! I want 300 - 350. I'll give you 50. I want 300, it is clear from the video surveillance recording.
The counting continues and it is clear from the camera that one of the parties is not satisfied with the number of voters who supported it: it needs more than 300 votes.
- 262 and there are paper...
- Is that the eight?
- The eight,, is understood from the video surveillance recording.
There are also 5 machine ballots for number 8. The commission begins to pack and sign the documentation. The video surveillance was stopped before the protocol was completed. And it shows that 362 votes were recorded for the party with number 8 on paper, and not 262, as can be heard in the video surveillance recording. We also find more inconsistencies between record and protocol.
- Batch 13 - without preference 4 and batch 13 - preference 113 - 1 piece.
- Lot 12 - 6 without preferences, it is clear from the video surveillance recording.
Where the discrepancies from the record come from is never understood.
In RIC-Blagoevgrad they have no signal of problems in the section in Garmen and they cannot order a recount of the votes. In one of the sections in Ruse, the machine only printed ballots with a preference, without a party number, and the commission is wondering how to enter these ballots into the protocol.
- Well, some of them, we threw away a lot.
- How much are you by car?
- 83, it is understood from the video surveillance recording.
However, 77 machine ballots are entered in the protocol. As part of them, they fall into the "I do not support anyone" column, so that the number of the committee comes out. In Montansko, due to a wrong protocol, the commission in Medkovets handed over the results last.
"They had filled in paper at the place of machine voting, and a machine at the place of paper voting. The ballots were counted in total," explained RIC-Montana spokesman Petko Petkov.
The commission was called to redo its minutes. The Montana region is among the regions that were the last to submit their election papers to the CEC.
