"Stand up.BG", of which I am the chairman, we have a very clear position that "BSP - United Left" should not enter into any collaboration with GERB and either of the two DPS. This is our consistent position. We, "Stand Up. BG", remained the last and the only ones who did not betray and sell the people who were at the protests. The fact is that people want government, but they don't want just any government. This is what the leader of "Stand up. BG" said. Maya Manolova in the studio of "The Day ON AIR".
According to her, people want a government that will protect their problems and interests.
"The formation of a government is the responsibility of the first political forces. An expert cabinet would be supported by certain political forces, it is not my style to hide behind acronyms and vague wording. From our side, there will be no gathering and no hugs with GERB and DPS. They are not acceptable for the left-wing people of Bulgaria", added Manolova on the air of Bulgaria ON AIR.
Growth in BSP votes
She confirmed the information that there was "comrade fire" and sabotage during the elections.
"The campaign they led against the BSP does not honor the former leader of the BSP - Kornelia Ninova, and her closest circle. It has never happened before that a former leader has gone against his own party. They came out with calls not to vote at all, or to vote with "I do not support anyone", to vote for a certain other party," the guest stressed.
Manolova confirmed that the BSP for the first time in years has seen an increase in its votes.
"BSP's free fall as the largest left party is hopefully over. And there is nothing to be fooled about - Ninova managed the BSP alone. And on the fifth day after the elections, we continue to be flooded with information about outrageous election violations - falsified protocols, replacement of citizens' votes, falsification of ballots", she was indignant.
They are also preparing proposals for changes to the Electoral Code: "First of all, SECs should be exempted from the possibility of counting ballots and regional census centers should be established in all electoral districts. It is high time to clear out the "dead souls".
