Jevdet Chakarov congratulated Donald Trump

DPS Chairman Jevdet Chakarov congratulated Donald Trump on his victory in the US presidential elections .

"On behalf of the Authentic DPS, I congratulate Donald Trump on his election as President of the United States of America. Its success is significant and opens up new opportunities for the development of the strategic partnership between Bulgaria and the USA", wrote the DPS press center on their Facebook page.

Chakarov defined the relationship between Bulgaria and the USA as key to the stability, security and prosperity of the Balkans.

"We believe that in cooperation with the new administration of President Trump, we will be able to strengthen our common efforts in the field of security, economic development and the democratic principles that unite us," said Chakarov.

"I wish him success in fulfilling the responsible mission of global protection of democracy and I am convinced that our two countries will continue to be inseparable allies in building a more secure and peaceful world,", he added.
