Ceyhan Ibryamov, who was elected as an MP from the APS, was released, BNT reported.
Exactly one minute after midnight, Jeyhan Ibryamov came out through the portal of the National Investigation.
He was welcomed by his wife Birshen Ibryamov and fellow party members.
Ibryamov was released from detention without remand by a prosecutor's decree, as he received immunity as a deputy in the 51st National Assembly.
He is under investigation and was detained for demanding a bribe of BGN 200,000 and receiving BGN 100,000 in the midst of the election campaign.
According to the investigators, Ibryamov was recorded with the SRS as asking for a bribe in order to exert influence on employees of the Ministry of Defense to decide in favor of a specific candidate on a public contract.
Yesterday, Sofia city prosecutor Iliyana Kirilova said that Ibryamov was released out of respect for his constituents and so that he could take the oath as a deputy.
