Something absolutely abnormal is happening in the heads of our rulers. I don't know if it's stupidity in relapse or something more terrible. On the occasion of the death of the child who fell from a parachute, they sat down to write an ordinance that has already existed since 2009.
Now as many as 9 ministers and heads of agencies, together with the prime minister, will write an ordinance for amusement facilities. Are these people normal?

Such an ordinance has existed since 2013. It is called Ordinance V-12-707 on the terms and conditions for the design, safety and technical requirements for facilities placed in amusement facilities. Promulgated in the State Gazette, issue 102 of 26.11.2013. It contains everything from scratch: design and technical documentation for the facility, requirements for BDS EN 13814, passport of each facility, logbook, requirements for the terrain, method of installation, persons responsible for and operators of the facility, control before each launch and periodic, etc., etc.
I am publishing the law and the by-laws here. I don't believe that any of the rulers read them. But I want you to know: we have laws, even too many, but they are not implemented and respected. Corruption is on the way to their implementation.
We are governed by absolutely illiterate people - by birth or deliberately pretending to be so in order to cover up for someone and to settle their own interests. And until we all take matters into our own hands, this will continue.
So think: do you want people elected with fake elections, with fake words, fake morality and fake politics to decide your fate and that of your children?
