Half of the demand for homes in Sofia and Plovdiv is for two- and three-room apartments. In Varna, the leading factors are that the property has a good transport connection and is located near the sea. And in Burgas, two- and three-room apartments with a good interior layout and at affordable prices are being sought again.
In general, buyers are targeting new construction homes. Properties with a parking space, elevator and controlled access are also preferred.
Regarding the search price range, it is for properties with asking prices above EUR 200,000. The price is twice as low in Burgas and Plovdiv. The demand for two- and three-room apartments in our Sea Capital is in a wide price range – between 80,000 and 150,000 EUR.
