The court decides whether to confiscate the car of Ivaylo Tsvetkov-Noyzi

The district court will hear the case against Ivaylo Tsvetkov-Noyzi on Thursday, reported dariknews.bg.

In March, the journalist and popular media personality received a suspended sentence for driving after consuming alcohol. On May 16, when the previous hearing in the case was held, Noyzi and his lawyer did not appear at the Sofia District Court, for which he was fined 500 BGN. On June 6, the court is expected to rule on the confiscation of his car, which Noisey was driving on the capital's Ring Road with a blood alcohol concentration of over 1.2 per thousand, namely 2.12 per thousand.

His suspended sentence was reached after an agreement with the prosecutor's office in which the journalist was given a 10-month sentence suspended with 3 years of probation, his driver's license was revoked for one year and two months, and his car was confiscated in favor of the state.
