A 19-year-old driver with a positive alcohol test crashed after trying to escape a check in Burgas, the police reported.
The incident occurred on January 26. On "Vladimir Vazov" street, uniformed officers tried to stop him, but he continued driving.
After a chase, the driver lost control and crashed at the intersection of "Omurtag" and "Petar Beron" streets.
The young man's test showed 1.78 per mille. He was detained and the car was seized.
