The mayor of Mineralni Bani Myumyun Iskender remains in custody for 72 hours with a prosecutor's measure, bTV reported, quoted by FOCUS.
His son is also in custody, and the daughter has been released on bail.
The mayor and his children have been charged with being an organized criminal group, in connection with the guest houses built with European funds in Mineralni Bani.
The Commission for Countering Corruption and the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office entered the Municipality of Mineralni Bani and the family hotel of the mayor of the municipality.
The action is along the lines of absorbed euro funds.

Myumyun Iskender family's hotel was once already under scrutiny when the guesthouse scandal broke in the summer of 2018.
