The singer, who celebrates his 67th birthday on August 8, pondered whether to accept, he shared with a sense of humor, mentioning that he was only 33 at the time after all. Orlin and Valya met at the home of Katerina's cousin Evro. The singer, who was already known for his duets with Christina Dimitrova, was visiting with friends when the hostess decided to invite Valya as well. She didn't tell her that the contractor would be in their company. So the blonde, whom Orlin had said was a copycat of ABBA's Agnetha in her youth, was quite surprised when she saw him. They liked each other immediately, but it took time before their acquaintance developed into a love relationship. They often saw each other around their mutual friends. They gathered mostly for home parties or the company went to Orlin's performances in Sofia, which were every other day. "I liked him a lot – he was even then a handsome man, with a special dignity and dignity, but also great fun“, Valya admitted about the period before their acquaintance. When they decided to have a wedding, Orlin and Valya had no doubt that Kateto Euro and her husband Georges should be their best man. In fact, the actress herself insisted.
