Because that way, someone else is responsible for what is happening in the country. Why? Because it's easier and more convenient that way. Why? Because we will have control over the office (it's not Radev's anymore) and everything will go on as it was. Why? Because that is how it was recorded with the changes in the Constitution. Why? Because that's what the “assembly“ decided. Well, we agreed – “the assembly”. Isn't it supposed that the price of the “assembly” was to have constitutional changes whereby there is a permanent parliament, even under a caretaker government, to control it so that the caretaker government doesn't do mischief.
What changed in the Constitution
We now have the possibility for MPs and ministers to have another citizenship besides the Bulgarian one. Have you heard that a member of parliament has taken an unpaid leave of absence… Rhetorical questions, sort of. And let's not forget that the MP's salary starts somewhere over BGN 8,000 – depending on the experience, and some bring 12,000 – 13,000. MPs are not stupid to take unpaid leave, are they? And let's not forget that the salary of the new deputies, who we will empower on October 27, starts to be calculated from 00:00 on October 28. Election day ends and payroll begins, although it is not known who the new elected officials are. When we know the names, when the results are announced, the first salary has already been formed…
