Let's start with the registration of this association. Citizens have the right to associate, to form associations, organizations, parties if you will, which will protect their or other people's interests. So far, everything is fine. I am very skeptical, however, that Bulgarian legislation and practice, the judiciary, allow private organizations to be named as national ones - "National Agency", "European Agency", all sorts of names that indicate and mislead the general public that it is some kind of public structure. And this, unfortunately, is a widespread practice. I am extremely unskeptical, and I am angry that a ministry - the environmental one, in the person of Minister Sandov, on the 28th day signs even a framework agreement that does not create any specific legal rights and obligations. Which framework agreement creates history, creates an alibi, creates references. That it is signed with an entity that the ministry has evaluated, accepted, cooperates with. Come on, Mr. Sandov, who is more of an acquaintance of mine, a friend, a political like-minded person at a certain stage, let's take responsibility for all such specific actions. And because I have always acted on the principle of "No one is ours, no one is yours", my criticism of him is sharp. How did you research these people, how does this organization function, what programs has it implemented? Let's start trusting people and organizations when they have a little history behind them. This history has not been accumulated in the public arena. We have such companies that live only from public procurement, otherwise they do no business. We also have such associations that become favorites of the authorities at twenty-something days. This, however, is one side of this problem.
This is an extremely unpleasant case, symptomatic of the morbid state in which our society, our institutions, and our media find themselves. Both the reactions, the spokespeople, and the improvisations that we hear are truly morbid.

Everything can have a story, if this story is credible, convincing. I can speak for everyone I communicate with why I do it. And if he was wrong, I will deny it with terrible force. Here we see how to defend the first reaction - "if we have signed a framework agreement, then they are wonderful". Come on, let's assume that you did not know that you were deceived. And this happens in life. Let's get to what is certainly due - the institutional reactions. And here we saw again - the Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs - absolutely inadequate. These people neither know how to secede districts, nor do they know how to explain a single case. Either they don't know, or they don't want to, but I'm convinced that they are illiterate and incompetent. Again we have improvisations, talking. Yesterday we watched a briefing by the Ministry of Interior and the Prosecutor's Office, in which we were shown individual shots again. Wait, people. How is information given that is the subject of an investigation. Why are we given certain parts? People are now asking themselves "Why 30 seconds, not 3 minutes?". This thing is not explained. There are subtitles, we see that after processing the shots, some discrepancies occur - there was snow under the van, and then after a few hours there was no snow because it was parked. Suddenly it turns out that it had snowed, and the snow cover around it had not changed. In some of the shots, the camper is stopped and the three who were later found murdered are talking next to it. This van, when you look under its tires, there is no snow under the chassis. That is. The snowfall started after it was parked on a clear terrain. A few hours later, this camper is not there, and we see, however, that snow has fallen under it. If it has fallen - good. But we see that there is no change in the snow cover around. This is a matter of hours, is there an explanation - sure. But the institutions do not know how to do this thing.
