Russian-appointed head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov reported in "Telegram" that two people died in a Ukrainian missile attack last night in the region of the main administrative center of the peninsula - the city of Simferopol, reported Reuters, quoted by BTA.
Another Ukrainian missile hit an uninhabited building near the town of Alushta on the Black Sea coast of Crimea, Aksyonov added.
Ukraine has not made an official announcement about the attack.
According to Ukrainian military bloggers and unofficial sources in Crimea, a number of targets were hit.
Russian bloggers in Crimea have reported that they believe not all Ukrainian missiles have been intercepted.
