In Odessa, loud explosions were heard three minutes after the alarm was announced. The sirens were activated at 04:58, as quoted by BTA.
"Residents of Odesa and Odesa Oblast should stay in shelters until the alarm goes off. "Threat of missile attack from Crimea", announced the chairman of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.
Local Telegram channels report a target hit. According to preliminary information, it is with an Iskander missile.
