Most- it is important to have a regular cabinet, but it is even more important that it implement a clear program. I am positive. When the rotation failed, a program was arrived at on which there was a high level of agreement. There is no reason why there should not be a majority in this parliament. This is what the former Minister of Defense Assoc. Velizar Shalamanov said in "Denyat ON AIR".

"BSP participated in the first cabinet with Prime Minister Kiril Petkov. As behavior, we saw more words than concrete actions. "There will also be elections in Washington this year, before that is the summit. It will be an important step. The decisions of the meeting will be important. The decisions of the Americans about the future president will also send a strong signal," predicted the former defense minister.
According to him, aid to Ukraine consolidates the West more than it leads to division. Regarding the meeting in Switzerland, the guest explained that it does not have a decision-making nature, but rather a meeting to consult a platform for use in the next steps to seek sustainable peace.
"The most important thing is to find a way to put the world back in order. It is important to include the countries of the Global South", the guest added.
According to Associate Professor Shalamanov, Russia will sit down at the negotiating table with Ukraine when it realizes that it cannot achieve its goals through threats and blackmail and the use of force, including nuclear weapons. He predicts a difficult debate in the European Parliament regarding Ukraine.
