The Prosecutor General of Ukraine today accused Russian forces of "beheading" a Ukrainian soldier in the Donetsk region, near the eastern front line, AFP reported, BTA reported.
„We received information that the commanding units of the Russian occupation forces in the Volnovakha region of the Donetsk region ordered Ukrainian servicemen not to be taken as prisoners of war,” said a statement by the Ukrainian General Prosecutor's Office in “Telegram”.
