The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported a significant increase in hostilities, as 59 separate battles were registered in the last 24 hours alone. This increase in the conflict underlines the escalating tension in the region, reports News.bg.
A noticeable increase in Russian military maneuvers is observed in the Seversky direction, especially around the village of Novoe. Ukrainian forces have successfully repelled one attack there, while another confrontation remains unresolved, marking a troubling upsurge in hostilities in the region.
In Kharkiv today, Russian forces launched three separate attacks. Two ongoing battles in the Volchansk region highlight the relentless nature of the conflict. In addition, communities on the borders of Sumy and Chernihiv regions are again subjected to artillery shelling from Russian positions, which worsens the plight of people living near the front lines.
In the Kupyan direction, four battles continue near Sinkovka, Novoselovka and Kruglyakovka. In the Kurakhov direction, Russian troops storm units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine near Krasnogorovka and Paraskovievka, according to the announcement of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, quoted by News.bg.
