ISW: The Russian Army has changed tactics and is now waging a war of attrition in Ukraine - 1

Russian forces are maintaining the pace of their offensive operations in the direction of Toretsk since they activated in the area on June 18, and are likely aiming to reduce the Ukrainian position in the area, but at present the likelihood of rapid Russian gains near Toretsk is slim.
