A year ago, the percentage was 40. The situation for the Ukrainian forces is extremely worrying, and the Russian army is adapting quickly to the changing environment and learning from its mistakes.
The occupiers have found a way to shoot down Ukrainian kamikaze drones. Russia's radio electronic warfare is at a high level, which is also reflected in the negligible success rate of Ukrainian air strikes with unmanned aerial vehicles.
Fewer and fewer Ukrainian drones reach their final destination. Another serious problem for Ukraine is the constant airstrikes of the Russian army. Moscow drops thousands of bombs on Ukraine every month, leveling towns and villages.
„The Russian army destroys 9 out of 10 houses and knows that Ukrainian forces must hide in the basement of the last one,”, says a Ukrainian soldier. In addition to manpower, Russia far outnumbers Ukraine in weapons and ammunition. And Vladimir Putin gives no indication that he will stop the war – on the contrary, despite the huge losses it suffers, the Russian army does not stop its offensive at the front.
