The material notes that officials in the Ukrainian energy sector also express concern about the coming winter. They believe this period will be a turning point, largely due to the fact that "the Russian command is adapting its air strike tactics".
The authors of the material emphasize that if the work of three Ukrainian nuclear power plants is paralyzed, its "game in the energy war will end".
