The vice president of the United States and the Democratic candidate for the highest office of the state Kamala Harris considers his main rival in the election race, Donald Trump, a fascist. She announced this on Wednesday, speaking on the television channel CNN.
When asked by a journalist if he considered Trump a fascist, Harris replied: “Yes, I do”. And I also believe that on this matter you should trust those who know him best. Again, look at their careers."
White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre confirmed earlier on Wednesday that US President Joe Biden considers Trump a fascist. Trump was previously called that by former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley and former White House Chief of Staff retired General John Kelly. Both worked for Trump, but then abruptly parted ways with him.
The next general election in the United States will be held on November 5. Trump and Harris will fight for the presidency. Trump was the 45th US president, he was in power from 2017-2021. He lost the 2020 election to Biden and is now trying to return to the White House.
